David contributed as a speaker at the Kampala symposium organised by the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) as part of its 50th anniversary celebrations.
The symposium brought copyright and related-rights management into the wider conversation about innovation and creative-sector development. The engagement continues David’s work connecting IP institutions, enterprise and the creative economy.
